Valuations
You may require a valuation for a number of reasons; be it your insurer requires one
to provide adequate cover for your jewellery, or for private sale, probate or just
personal interest.
Charging a simple, fixed fee, we’ll take digital photographs, note any distinguishing features and write a full description of each item.
Making it much easier to identify your jewellery should any harm come to it.
Your valuation will include:
- An introductory letter to you.
- The Schedule – including detailed description of each item as well as its value.
- The Picture Schedule – each item is accompanied by a colour image.
- Notes on the Schedule – comprising explanatory notes on abbreviations and other terms.
- Glossary – including information about how stones are graded etc.
- The Insurer Notice – for you to pass to your insurance provider.
- Our Insurance Valuation are done in house
