Click and Collect
You can order online and collect at your convenience during our normal opening hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Please telephone us if you require any assistance with online purchases, on 01323 723977. Alternatively, Contact Us and select Click & Collect as your subject and send us a message. Most orders will be available to collect on the same or next day. We will email you to confirm once your order is ready for collection and ask if you would like your order gift wrapped (complimentary service).
Local Delivery Information
We are currently offering FREE local delivery (within 5 miles) of our Eastbourne store for all orders over £50 (orders under £50 charged at £4.99). If you would like to use this service, please select 'Courier' when ordering and telephone us on 01323 723977, or Contact Us and select Website Order as your subject and send us a message. We will then arrange a mutually convenient delivery time and date.
Postal Delivery Information
We offer FREE postal delivery for all orders over £50 (orders under £50 charged at £4.99) using the Royal Mail's Signed For First Class delivery service, or their Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day delivery service (depending on order value). Please note that although the delivery aim for both these services is the next working day after dispatch, there may be some disruption to service during the current pandemic. Most orders will be dispatched on the same or next day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), we will notify you once it has been sent. If you wish to check your order delivery status or require your order urgently then please telephone us on 01323 723977, or Contact Us and select Website Order as your subject and send us a message.
Returns Policy for Orders Placed Online
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, simply return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (extended until 30th April 2020). All items are to be returned in their original presentation box/packaging. We are unable to accept returns of any bespoke or altered items, or earrings (for hygiene reasons). We also cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or damaged.

Returns Policy for Items Purchased In-store
For items purchased in person at our Eastbourne store, we will gladly exchange any goods (excluding pierced earrings) returned unworn and in their original presentation box/packaging within 30 days of purchase (extended to 30th April 2021). We are unable to accept returns of any bespoke or altered items. We also cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or damaged. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
